  1. Use another card to pay the invoice.
  2. Pay via an alternative method such as PayPal.
  3. Wait 8-12 hours and try paying again. Make sure you enter all details correctly including your address because our credit cards processor may decline the transaction if you entered wrong information.
  4. Contact your credit card issuer and ask them why the transaction was declined.

You can setup a PayPal subscription once your invoice is generated by logging to your client area at https://my.scalahosting.com -> click on the invoice ID -> click on PayPal subscribe button.

If you are paying by credit card you will be asked if you want the card to be saved in our system for automatic future payments.

You have 7 days grace period after the renew date of the service to pay the renewal invoice and avoid a service suspension.

If a service gets suspended you have 30 days to renew/reactivate it before the system terminates it.
