Hello Roberto. We have missed your comment. In regards to your nameservers question, if you are using ScalaHosting nameservers and your web site is not loading please open a ticket with technical support and they will resolve the issue for you. That might have already happened.

You can use either cPanel’s Webmail, or an external email client such as Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.
